OK. 7.5" of rain in 2 hours, last night in Milwaukee, WI. A Sinkhole that formed at the intersection of North & Oakland swallowed a Cadillac Escalade SUV.

According to the video, the vehicle was still running this morning because it has an awfully big gas tank.
