I have been trying to find (unsuccessfully) to find neutral, competent and detailed information in one site about the Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act of 2010. Short of course of reading the entire new law and eisting statute sections it modified.
So far, the best "portal" i have found is http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Health_care_reform_in_the_United_States .
If anyone knows of good sources, let me know.
