Will Congress Halt the "Greening" of the Military?

I am used to the non-acceptance of climate change science being one of the political compromises made in politics in our post-factual culture. But national security? That may not be sacrosanct anymore. Even with the new possiblities brought to the crucial areas of stealth and freedom of maneuver, DOD may have to give in.
