The Darker Side of CC Adaptation

This book that I am recommending is not "about" climate change. But, I am recommending it to you for your reference shelf. Change = uncertainity. Much of CC impact for us gives rise to perceived increases in scarcities. That can mean violence. That is why the Pentagon, NSA and CIA have a number of CC related initiates.
